Dye Sublimation Printing(Thermal Transfer) VS Silk Screen Printing
• In Dye Sublimation the ink actually “dyes” the fabric.
• Dye sublimation is a 4 color (CMYK) process print process so it can handle any number of colors of types of images.
• The print process starts always with white fabric and the colors are mixed as they print on the fabric. The background color will be dyed in the printing process.
• Most economical print processes for low volume and prints with multi-color prints.
• Dye Sublimation tablecloths are the same price no matter how many colors are in your print.


• In screen printing, the ink actually lays on top of the fabric.
• Screen printing mixes the ink to match your Pantone color before it is applied.
• Because the ink stays on top of the fabric, the process starts with the specific color fabric you selected.
• Most economical for high volume printing.



Packaging and Shipping:
